Dean Evenson has been creating his own brand of healing music since 1979 when he and his wife, Dudley, founded their independent record label Soundings of the Planet. His music has reached the Billboard charts and been endorsed by mind-body authors such as Dr. Deepak Chopra, Dr. Larry Dossey, and Joan Borysenko, PhD. Even Grammy award-winning country singer Naomi Judd has used Dean's music during her own healing process. Recently, Dean and his wife, Dudley, have been reaching out to troops returning from combat and dealing with PTSD. Their music and DVDs are being used at Walter Reed Medical Center and around the country to help wounded veterans. The Evensons teach workshops on music and healing nationwide.
